    In order to promote the construction of non-subsidized grid-connected projects for wind and photovoltaic power generation, all parties cooperate to put the relevant supporting policies in place, and invite the provincial (district, city) Development and Reform Commission (Energy Bureau) to actively promote the work of non-subsidized grid-connected wind and photovoltaic power generation in accordance with the Notice of the State Energy Bureau of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) (No. 19 of Development and Reform Energy (hereinafter referred to as).《 Notice) Require to submit the list of the first batch of wind and photovoltaic power generation parity projects in 2019.     (1) Project land use conforms to the relevant provisions of the State, and is not within the scope of land use tax in cities and towns, but within a reasonable scope of land occupation tax.     (2) Provincial power grid enterprises or local power grid enterprises have demonstrated and confirmed that the proposed fair-price power grid projects have the conditions for power delivery and consumption, and are responsible for investing in supporting power grid projects outside the booster stations of the construction projects.     Invite relevant provincial (district, city) development and Reform Commission (energy bureau) to fill in the information of the proposed affordable access project according to the annex form, and provide the promises or explanatory materials of relevant policies for reducing non-technical costs such as project land issued by the local government where the project is located, the opinions of power transmission and consumption issued by power grid enterprises, and at the same time, the national renewable energy information management system is online.
